Farnaz Badie — Principal
The Thought Bubble is founded by Farnaz Badie, a marketing veteran of blue-chip companies, with over 22 years of combined strategic and operational marketing and qualitative research expertise. Farnaz spent over 14 years in consumer marketing for UNILEVER and CAMPBELL's, in North America as well as in other parts of the world, including Europe, South America and the Middle East. During that time, she developed strategic direction and created products, national advertising, promotional programs, and new packaging for global brands such as Lipton, Knorr, and Campbell's Soup, as well as major national brands like Country Crock.
She left Unilever as Director of Marketing to become VP of Qualitative Research for one of the top 3 global Market Research companies, where she re-launched and significantly expanded the Qualitative Research service for their Consumer Packaged Goods clients in the US. She founded The Thought Bubble in 2005.
Farnaz is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultant Association (QRCA), and is fluent in Spanish. She obtained her BSc and MSc from the University of London, England, and is a certified moderator from the prestigious RIVA Institute.
Ali Tadlaoui — Partner
Ali Tadlaoui spent over 15 years in consumer marketing for UNILEVER and CONAGRA FOODS. Over the course of his brand management and innovation career he has experienced the full range of marketing activities including brand re-positioning, brand migration, creating long-term strategy, annual plan development, innovation road-mapping, pioneering special packs, advertising/communication campaigns, and pack redesign.
Ali successfully drove results across a number of major national brands including Banquet, Hellmann's, Wish-Bone, Ragu, Lipton, Country Crock, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, and Skippy.
Prior to his consumer marketing career Ali worked for 7 years in the marketing data and decision support services industry for SAMI, Citicorp, and SymphonyIRI.
